Our community classes are offered in the spirit of service and heart of inclusivity. They are open to all levels of practitioners, including beginners. Donations in the form of non perishable food, canned goods or money are appreciated. No one will be turned away for lack of funds. All are invited and welcomed here.*Please bring a water, towel/blanket & any other comfort items/props to practice with. *Parking is limited so please park on the side of the street.

The physiological benefits of a sound bath experience can include decreased blood pressure, a boosted immune system, improved sleep patterns, and decreased anxiety. Sound baths offer a way to connect with tune into the internal rhythms and reset the mind-body balance.

Let your child soar in our Kid’s Fly Yoga at The Yoga Garden Collective, designed for kiddos. This playful and empowering program is perfect for all levels—even if your child has never tried aerial yoga before. Suspended in soft hammocks, kids will explore fun poses, build strength, and enhance flexibility, all while gaining confidence and body awareness. It’s a unique and exciting way for kids to get active, release stress, and have fun in the air.
