Step up to the barre in our Barre Fitness class at The Yoga Garden Collective! This full-body workout combines elements of ballet, Pilates, and strength training to sculpt, tone, and build endurance. Perfect for all levels—even if you’ve never tried barre before—this class uses small, controlled movements to target key muscle groups, improve posture, and increase flexibility. With energizing music and a supportive atmosphere, you’ll feel the burn and leave with a sense of accomplishment that will have you excited to return.
This energizing class combines ballet-inspired moves with Pilates and strength training for a full-body workout. Expect to improve balance, flexibility, and muscle endurance with each pulse and plié. Please bring workout socks or dance/ballet shoes for added grip and comfort—though we have a limited number available to borrow if needed.
