Step into deep relaxation with our Echoes of Ease, a sound experience unlike any other. This immersive class blends the calming practice of restorative yoga, the deep inner journey of Yoga Nidra, and the beautiful resonance of crystal singing bowls—all woven together to create something unique.
You’ll be gently guided into restorative postures designed to release tension from your body while your mind is carried into a state of peaceful bliss. As the soothing vibrations of crystal bowls wash over you, you are invited to soften, restore, and rejuvenate.
No yoga or meditation experience is required—this experience is perfect for all levels. All you need is the willingness to relax and receive.

Our Yin classes consist of long-held, slower, passive poses that mainly work the lower part of the body like the hips, pelvis, thighs, spine. Poses are generally held for three to five minutes, although some are held longer sometimes. There is no forced flexion or engaging the muscles or bones, things just happen. The goal is to release built up tension and creates lasting change in the joints, ligaments, and deeper tissues of the body. During the postures or asanas, muscles are relaxed to avoid muscle spasm, which could result from engaging muscles for long periods.
The use of props (cushions, blankets, blocks, even belts) is diverse and encouraged in order to fully relax the muscles and eventually the tendons. Yin lends itself to calming the mind, letting go, and unforced breathing to bring stillness. Suitable for all levels.

We offer open-level classes for adults and options are given throughout so students can individualize their practice. Beginners are welcome ages 16 and up!
Our hammocks are made of silk, so they are delicate and can tear if students wear any sharp objects or clothing.
NO JEWELRY ALLOWED. Shirts with sleeves are required (no tank-tops, but t-shirts are OK) and all jewelry must be taken off for class - so please leave any valuables at home.
Wear comfortable clothes. The following is not allowed: jeans, clothes with zippers, buttons or snaps, belts, clothes with sequins, or anything with sharp or rough edges.

Not a good dancer? Don't worry; the choreography is easy to follow, and the steps are repetitive to allow people to learn as you go.
This is the best part about our classes; anyone can do it. We'll teach you the steps and choreography along the way. Nothing is forced and you learn at your own pace so you have fun as you shed away the calories.
You do not need any fancy gear or equipment to come to one of our classes. Simply show up in relaxed clothing, sneakers, a smile and a positive attitude, and that is all you will need. Get Ready to MOVE!
